THE REFERRAL PROCESS

Timothy Hill Ranch works closely with the New York, Tenessee, and Arkansas State Office of Children and Family Services, the Department of Social Services and the Department of Corrections to provide beds to children and young adults in need.

The referral process begins with a team of clinical experts reviewing the individual’s needs to determine if Timothy Hill Ranch is a good match.

  • Once in contact with a clinical staff member, applicants must complete a formal review process.

  • Timothy Hill Ranch is not a substance recovery center. While support services are provided all applicants must be drug free before they may become eligible for the program.

  • The length of our application process varies by an applicant’s situation and commitment level. Applicants who demonstrate a high level of commitment have the potential to be placed more quickly into our program. Entry into a Ranch home depends on many variables, including space availability, age, demonstrated commitment, and medical stability.
