The Residential Group Home program at The Ranch at Riverhead cares for boys and girls, ages 10-17, that are in need of a therapeutic environment. Most of these children come to Timothy Hill during a desperate time of abuse, neglect and crisis. Timothy Hill allows these young people to experience healing and begin to dream of future possibilities.

Our goal is to provide children with skills and strategies to return home or become self-sufficient at the age of 18. Although we have a structured program, with 24-7 care in three different homes, each approach is individualized.

Our program is specialized for hard-to-place foster care youth for whom traditional placements have not worked. In our program, they have a dedicated caseworker as well as counseling right on-campus to help work through the tough days and continue working towards their goal of returning home.

Often times, these boys and girls have never had the love of a family. At the Ranch at Riverhead, we aim to change that by providing them a family environment and most importantly, love.

We hope that all boys and girls will leave our programs renewed, restored and refreshed.
